Dr. Mathews Attends Workshop in Advanced Modern Gynecology with World Renown Gynecologist, Dr. Adam Ostrenski

Dr. J. Kyle Mathews had the distinct honor of attending a 4 day intensive tutorial workshop under the direction of internationally known gynecologist Adam Ostrenski, Md of Saint Petersburg Florida. Dr. Ostrenski, Professor of Gynecology and Obstetrics, was recently recognized in the world media for his work on female anatomy and the possible location of the “G Spot” recently published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine.

Often referred to the UFO of female sexual medicine, Dr. Ostrenski has found a structure in the anterior vaginal wall which he believes represents the elusive structure often referred to as the G Spot. He first noted the possible structure on MRI in subjects that were in the excitement phase of their sexual response cycle and set out to verify the observation by anatomical dissection. His finding of a small structure approximately a third of an inch long has generated a tremendous response both for and against. He plans to repeat his dissection in May of this year and provide further testing of the structure he has found in hopes of answering further questions about this highly debated structure.

The workshop included 24 new procedures in Restorative Gynecology and Vaginal Rejuvenation presented over 4 days. Many of these new procedures were developed by Dr. Ostrenski.
