The rate of U.S. babies born prematurely dropped two years in a row after rising steadily for three decades, according to a March of Dimes analysis of the latest figures available.

Supplementation with docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) in older adults who have mild cognitive impairment may improve memory and cognitive function, a randomized controlled trial suggests.
According to the results of the Memory Improvement with Docosahexaenoic Acid Study trial, 900 mg/day DHA given for 24 weeks improved learning and memory function in healthy elderly adults with age-related cognitive decline.
